Control High Blood Sugar People with diabetes can greatly benefit from eating oatmeal. The soluble fibre in oatmeal basically controls blood sugar. One-Minute Meal Oatmeal is very easy to make and requires almost no energy or skill. Instant oatmeal is easily accessible as it is available in all supermarkets. Even regular oatmeal takes less than 10 minutes to cook. Thus, not having enough time to eat is no longer a valid excuse.
